As a worldrenowned, notfor-profit research institute, Ear Science Institute Australia is a centre of excellence, bringing together a multidisciplinary team of the brightest minds from across the globe. Together, we challenge boundaries and technologies to lead the field and remain at the forefront of discovering new and improved outcomes.

Our audiologists, clinicians, researchers, scientists and surgeons collaborate to enhance the lives of those with ear and hearing disorders, and discover and deliver innovative treatments in Audiology. We are also committed to developing groundbreaking cures for tomorrowʼs generations. Ear Science Institute Australia is the only hearing clinic network operated by a medical research institute.

We deliver the highest standard of care that is grounded in science, ethics and a long-term vision for better hearing health. With 26 Lions Hearing Clinics across WA and NSW, including a surgical facility, clinicians offer expertise across multiple disciplines, providing rehabilitation options such as hearing devices, implants and evidence-based strategies for managing hearing disorders.

For over 20 years, Ear Science Institute Australia has been improving the lives of people with ear and hearing disorders locally, nationally and internationally through patientdriven clinical care, research, education and treatment.

Ear Science is the largest dedicated ear and hearing science medical research team in the Southern Hemisphere, bringing together expertise in audiology, otolaryngology, molecular biology, engineering, and computational science. Dedicated to helping people with ear and hearing disorders through research, treatment and education, we are committed to creating and implementing new treatments in clinical care and finding cures for tomorrowʼs generations.
