How the booking process works
Make your appointment
During your appointment with one of our audiologists, you will be asked a few questions about any concerns you have related to your ears or hearing health, what situations or settings make hearing more difficult and some general questions about your lifestyle. This helps our audiologist get a deeper understandin g of any outside factors that may be impacting your hearing health.
Hearing Test
For the hearing test, you will be given headphones to wear while you listen to a series of sounds at different pitches and respond when you hear something.
Result
Once the test is complete, your audiologist will review the results and discuss your hearing and any management options, if necessary. You may be advised to have a follow up appointment with the audiologist or clinician to monitor any changes or check on hearing device progress.
